The service is super slow, they give you an appointment at an hour and it takes more than 40 minutes to see you, even if you arrive on time, you come in after the appointment time, I have been doing hair removal for almost 2 years and you just don't see significant progress, it's not cheap at all to have so much time. They change staff all the time, you barely get used to one person serving you and another person may be there for the next appointment.

The more people see the bad comments of this company, the better, they are only dedicated to stealing your money and they will never give you good service, they will see pure bots and positive comments on their Face page because they delete everything else, but Google what this horrible franchise is actually like.

I only went to ask the prices with my mother, they moved us to a room and they didn't want to let us leave until we bought from them, and after we were still locked in there I heard two ladies shouting at each other like a fight, my mother and I stopped and we We went even though they kept saying no.

Terrible service, they do not solve problems that they caused you, they cancel appointments and then do not reschedule you, they behave as if they were doing you a favor, they move appointments without caring about your schedules and if you want to accommodate them they threaten to take you away the guarantee for which they charge you more once they make you lose it.
